Join us for this upcoming CLE curated by the St. Louis County Bar Association that brings together experienced mediators and arbitrators to explore the ethical challenges that arise in alternative dispute resolution. From the neutral’s seat, the panel will examine issues such as impartiality, confidentiality, disclosure, and managing party expectations, while also addressing the real?world tensions mediators and arbitrators face in practice.
The program will further consider ethical dilemmas from the practitioner’s perspective, including advocacy boundaries, client counseling, and strategic decision?making in mediation and arbitration. Through a moderated discussion and practical insights, this CLE offers guidance on identifying, navigating, and resolving ethical issues to promote fairness, trust, and integrity in ADR.
Our moderator, Judge Michael Mullen, will lead the discussion with our three distinguished panelists: Judge Glenn Norton, Kim Kirn, and Brad Winters.
