Tueth Keeney, an established mid-size law firm with offices in Clayton, MO and Edwardsville, IL, seeks an associate level attorney (2 – 5 years’ experience) for its education and litigation practices in the Clayton, MO office.
The ideal candidates will have exceptional research and writing skills, oral advocacy skills, litigation experience, as well as strong interpersonal skills, and an interest in client counseling. Interest and experience in education law, employment law, and public sector law are preferred.Attention to detail, and a client-focused attitude are required. Intellectual curiosity is an asset as much of the work is varied and requires researching unique legal issues.
Candidates should be licensed in Missouri; additional licensure in Illinois preferred.
This position is full-time and offers competitive salary based on years of experience, bonus program and full benefits. This position is initially in-office for training purposes, with the ability for hybrid work (i.e. partial remote work) following a successful training period.
