INFORMATIVE AND WELL WORTH YOUR TIME!
A very well done and informative program
was put together by News 20 TV - Gateway Television News
Network, covering the major talking points of Proposition S giving
us a detailed description of the problems that are facing our
Courthouses. See with with your own eyes the deterioration that
is going on in these buildings should make you even more aware of the
desperate need for Proposition S to pass. There is no way that
we can continue going down this path without a tragic outcome in the
near future. Please open your eyes and ears and take a few
minutes out of your busy day to see what all the fuss is about.
I know It will get you motivated to get your friends and family out to Vote
Yes On S.
The bubble gum patch in this dam is
just about to give way and I hope you or someone you love are not
caught in one of those buildings when it does!

The Association honored Tom Lang and our Executive Director Jill Lang with a token of appreciation for over 30 years of combined service to the St. Louis County Bar Association. Everyone received a raffle prize and the food was outstanding. Midwest Litigation sponsored a hole and provided libations to the golfers. Gail Kleisly traveled to course to ensure everyone had plenty of fun. If you have any suggestions or would like to help with the golf tournament, please contact the St. Louis County Bar Association for more detail. We will host this event again in 2012 and hope to see everyone back at the golf tournament.

The
St. Louis County Bar Association celebrated their 81st year on February
4, 2012 with it's Annual Awards Dinner and Installation of Officers.
Over 150 members, guest and family were on hand to congratulate Bill
Grant, this year's recipient of the Dudley C. Dunlop Distinguished
Service Award and Joseph C. Blanner the recipient of the Roy F. Essen
Outstanding Young Lawyer Award. 
On
October 14, 2011, the St. Louis County Bar Association held its annual
golf tournament at the Norman K. Probstein Golf Course in Forest Park.
The tournament began at 1:00 as the golfers started amidst 70 degree
temperature and gusty winds. Thanks to the generosity and support of our
sponsors, the event was a huge success.
