SLU vs Richmond Spiders at the New Chaifetz Arena 
Everyone met at the Tin Can Tavern & Grille for a Pre-game gathering. Then the St. Louis County Bar Association enjoyed watching the St. Louis University Basketball team win against the Richmond Spiders 63 to 58 in a very exciting game Saturday.

For those of you who missed this year’s game plan on joining us next year it’s a lot of fun. 

WHAT IS REALLY GOING ON IN IRAQ AND AFGHANISTAN 
This CLE was held September 10, 2008. Colonel Thomas J. Hayek spoke to the St. Louis County Bar Association on what is going on in Iraq and Afghanistan. He served in both Iraq and Afghanistan. I know that everyone who was lucky enough to attend this program walked away with some very eye opening information about the challenges that face our young solders everyday defending our freedom. It was an honor to have Col. Hayek speak to our group.
