Ideal candidates have substantial experience in business law, complex commercial transactions, securities law, tax, M&A and/or corporate restructurings. Candidates should have the ability to manage multiple projects independently and provide practical client counseling. Critical thinking, drafting and problem-solving skills are emphasized.
