Carmody MacDonald P.C., a mid-size law firm with a single office in Clayton, is seeking associate attorneys with three to eight years of experience to join their itigation department. Ideal candidates will have experience in business litigation, complex commercial litigation, real estate litigation, general civil litigation, condemnation and/or trusts and estates litigation. Candidates should have the ability to manage multiple projects independently and provide practical client counseling. Critical thinking, drafting and problem-solving skills are emphasized.
