The Social Security Administration is seeking a Fraud Attorney in Dallas, Texas. Fraud Attorneys in the Office of the General Counsel (OGC) of the Social Security Administration (SSA) represent the SSA in federal court and prosecute Social Security fraud cases. They investigate and prosecute crimes with federal, state and local law enforcement as a Special Assistant U.S. Attorney assigned to a U.S. Attorney's Office, negotiate please agreements with defense counsel. Also, they conduct jury trials, motion hearings and sentencing hearing in federal court and present evidence before the grand jury. Fraud attorneys have significant responsibility for their own caseloads but also receive intensive mentoring, training and support.
