Carmody MacDonald is seeking an associate attorney with zero to three years of legal experience to join their Transactional Department with a focus in estate planning. Ideal candidates would have an interest in all facets of estate planning, including wills, trusts, durable powers of attorney, guardianships/conservatorships, as well as estate, probate, and trust administration. The candidate must be able to manage multiple projects in a team setting and provide practical client counseling. All candidates should have strong academic credentials, a. willingness to accept responsibility, and share our commitment to client service and professional excellence.
